About me

Rob Brynjolfson

Rob recently added a post-graduate certificate in executive coaching from Royal Roads University to his list of academic achievements. He already holds a doctorate in ministry with an emphasis in nonformal education. He was the director of leadership development for the World Evangelical Alliance and directed global initiatives for Northwest Baptist Seminary. Together with his wife Silvia, he has enjoyed a life of cross-cultural Christian ministry including pastoring, church planting, leadership development, and curriculum development for cross-cultural training.

His approach to coaching is empathetic, understanding, and nonjudgmental. If the client leads the conversation into spiritual matters he is comfortable exploring this important dimension of life in a non-directive and non intrusive way.

Rob now serves with Fellowship international developing coaching training around the world. He enjoys coaching on the side and allows space for a select number of clients who are earnest in their search for self-understanding, self-improvement, and enduring growth.
