As a coach I commit to respecting and honouring the coachee. This includes the following commitments:

To recognize each coachee as the unique person they are and the great potential they have,

To do my best to articulate the nature of coaching,

To continue to grow and develop as a coach,

To commit to absolute privacy and confidentiality as outlined in the coaching agreement and within all lawful obligations,

To resolve all perceived or real conflicts of interest that may arise,

To establish a mutually agreed upon understanding of the coaching relationship, commitments, and expectations,

To end well the coaching relationship when it is in the best interest of either party to do so,

To ensure the coachee knows that I will always be there for them,
